Christians in Entertainment was established in 1982 and has since become a highly respected organisation recognised within the profession.

CIE exists to encourage a Christian presence in the entertainment scene in Britain.

It achieves this by providing emotional and spiritual support to professionals within the industry.

It seeks to engage with both Christians and those of little, or no faith and aims to help the church to understand, support and pray for the entertainment business. In addition CIE works – wherever it is relevant – in association with other arts groups.
